Assembly Locations  

Troya Living offers delivery and assembly services for the Greater Melbourne and Geelong areas.

Our assembly team can be available outside of our service area if their schedule permits and travel expenses are paid by a customer.

Assembly Process

Our assembly consists of two technicians performing assembly and installation for 2-10 hours, depending on the products.

• Upon delivery, the installation team will inspect packages for damage for orders that are not delivered by the installers.
• All pieces will be assembled and secured to the wall if needed.
• Crates and packaging will be disassembled and disposed of.
• The area will be cleaned of dust and debris.

Assembly Cost

Delivery and assembly is an additional service and is not included in the price of the product. The cost of the service is calculated based on the location, number of items purchased and complexity of delivery and assembly.

Third-party Assembly 

We are happy to offer Assembly Services for our customers across other states in metropolitan cities.   We arrange professional furniture assembly contractors with ample experience that can service your location.  This enables a fast, quality and timely service that allows customers to save time and reduce the stress and frustration caused by flatpack furniture. 

All Flatpack Assembly Services mobile professional assemblers are fully insured, police checked and carry photo ID, leaving you knowing who's in your home, providing your service.  As well as product assembly, contractors can also offer other services, such as; cutting skirting boards, altering furniture to make way for power points etc, securing products to walls, and measuring your space at the customer's expense.
