Disclaimer: Please note that for deliveries in South Australia and Western Australia, goods arrive on a pallet and will only be delivered to the ground floor of apartment buildings. If you require the items to be moved to a specific floor or room, you will need to make arrangements independently or opt to pay an additional fee of $125 for this service.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping Time frame: 1 - 2 weeks
Once we receive the full payment of your order, we will get the order ready for either our courier partners or yourself within 48-72 working hours.

Shipping Costs
We calculate shipping costs based on your chosen shipping method, package size and weight, and delivery address. Our rates are set by our courier partners. You'll see the total shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.*
