This is your final week to place an order and receive your product before Christmas. To ensure accurate delivery estimates, we recommend completing your purchase by 23 November.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping Timeframe: 1–2 weeks
If your order is in stock, delivery can be arranged within 7–14 days once full payment has been received.
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, holiday periods, weather delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Click & Collect
Once you receive your order confirmation, our customer service team will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for our warehouse to prepare your order.
Warehouse collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm
Shipping Costs
Our shipping rates are set by our courier partners and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the total shipping cost at checkout before finalising your purchase.
Tracking and Notifications
When the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation as well as an email from our customer service team with your tracking details once the order is booked.
While the majority of our courier partners provide live tracking, TLC does not currently offer this service. You will be provided with TLC’s contact number and booking reference, and can obtain tracking updates by contacting them directly.

Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
