Deposit Policy
At Troya Living, we offer a convenient deposit payment option designed to make your purchase easier and more secure.
With this option, you can secure your stock now and complete your payment in easy instalments. Here’s everything you need to know:
Payment
The deposit amount must be at least 20% of your total order payment. You will then receive an invoice for the remaining balance. You will have 45 days to make the remainder of the payment. You will need to pay in full before the goods can be arranged for delivery.
If you’re unable to complete payment or collect your order within this timeframe, please notify our sales team. These terms will also be outlined on your invoice.
Once payment has been made, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to prepare your order for dispatch.
Deposits cannot be arranged for online orders and must be organised directly through our Troya Living sales team. Full payment is required before your order can be scheduled for dispatch.
Refunds and Returns
Once a deposit has been made, it is non-refundable but may be transferred toward other Troya Living products. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Refusal of a Payment
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an order, or part of an order, if any of the following occur:
(a) a product in that purchase is not available;
(b) there is an error in the price, delivery fees or the description of a product in that purchase; or
(c) the purchase triggers fraud prevention protocols.
