For the handy DIYers out there!

Each product comes flat-packed and easy to assemble, with all screws and fittings included. All our assembly manuals are available on our website 24/7. You can find them under each product, next to the product information section. We do not provide a paper version of the assembly manual within the packed goods.

Our assembly team can travel beyond our standard service areas when scheduling allows, with travel costs covered by the customer.

Assembly Process

Once you’ve chosen your dream product, simply select the assembly option on the product page — the cost will be automatically calculated. *If you have multiple products that require assembly, you will need to add the assembly fee for each product. 

Add it to your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

You’ll receive an email from our customer service team with your tracking details and your assembler’s contact information. Once your product has been delivered, you can contact the assembler directly to schedule your installation.

During installation, your assembler will:

• Inspect all packages for any signs of damage
  
  

• Assemble all components and securely fix them to the wall. 

• Remove and dispose of all crates and packaging
  
  

• Clean the area, removing any dust and debris
  
  

For any additional requests — such as trimming skirting boards, making product modifications, or mounting monitors to wall beds — please arrange these directly with the assembler. Additional costs may apply.

DIY Assembly

Please note that for all DIY or non-Troya assembly services, we need to ensure that the installation is undertaken correctly. We do this by having our clients send through various photos showing the finished product.

Please provide photos showing:

• Front view – open and closed

• Side view – open and closed

• Top view – wall-to-wall bed connections

The critical factor is that wall connection brackets are installed into the structural member of the wall (whether it is the timber stud or metal stud or brick or concrete member of the wall). If you choose to assemble the product yourself, your warranty will not be automatically applied. You’ll receive an email with a link to complete your warranty form to activate your coverage. Assembly Cost

Delivery and assembly services are available at an additional cost and are not included in the listed product price. Pricing varies by product and is determined by location, quantity of items, and the complexity of the delivery and installation. Assembly costs can be calculated directly on the product page, or you can contact us for a personalised quote.

Third-Party Assembly

For locations outside Victoria, we partner with highly professional and trusted third-party contractors to ensure fast, high-quality, and reliable installations.

All contractors are fully insured, police-checked, and carry photo identification. They are trained on our products and committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your installation.
